JOINT HEARING: The Key to Homeland Security: the New Human Resources System

The Subcommittee on Oversight of Government Management, the Federal Workforce and the District of Columbia will hold a joint hearing with the House Subcommittee on Civil Service and Agency Organization. The hearing will examine the new personnel system of the Department of Homeland Security. This system was designed during the last year by the Homeland Security Department and the Office of Personnel Management. The regulations will be published on prior to the hearing.
