The Subcommittee held a hearing to examine the use of mass mail to defraud consumers to include sweepstakes and government look-a-like mail. Witnesses were the Honorable Ben Nighthorse Campbell, United States Senator; Mr. Ken Hunter, Chief Inspector, United States Postal Inspection Service; the Honorable Robert A.
