Letter to Patrick McFarland, Inspector General at the Office of Personnel Management

Today, Senators McCaskill, Tester, Johnson, and Portman sent a letter to Patrick McFarland, Inspector General at the Office of Personnel Management, requesting an investigation into the security clearance background investigation(s) conducted for Aaron Alexis, the alleged perpetrator of the mass killing of at least twelve people at the Navy Yard complex on September 16, 2013.
