Today, Chairman McCaskill and Ranking Member Johnson sent a letter to Department of Homeland Security Deputy Inspector General Charles Edwards regarding his delay in providing information related to whistleblower allegations of misconduct made against him. In order to ensure that the integrity of the Office of Inspector General has not been compromised, the letter requests that Mr. Edwards provide the needed information as quickly as possible.
