Subcommittee Requests an Investigation into Potential Violations of Federal Regulations Applicable to Alaska Native Corporations

Following a recent Subcommittee hearing on contracting preferences for Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs), Chairman McCaskill wrote to the Small Business Administration (SBA) Inspector General to request an investigation into potential violations of federal statutes and regulations applicable to ANCs.
