Subcommittee Raises Concerns Regarding Defense Department Decision to Allow KGL to Bid on a Multi-Billion Dollar Contract

Chairman McCaskill wrote today to the Department of Defense to raise concerns regarding the recent decision to allow Kuwait & Gulf Link Transport Company (KGL) to bid on a multi-billion dollar contract to supply food in the Middle East.
