After learning about the Department of Defense’s use of contractors to respond to a Subcommittee request for information and subsequently asking for information from all Executive departments and agencies about the use of contractors to provide services relating to the preparation of Congressional testimony or the response to Congressional correspondence, Chairman McCaskill wrote again today to clarify her prior request for information.
