Senator McCaskill and Senator Webb wrote to the Chairman and Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs requesting the opportunity to testify at the Committee’s hearing on the conclusion of the Commission on Wartime Contracting’s work in Iraq and Afghanistan
