McCaskill Continues Oversight of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in Regards to the Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Contractor

Following prior requests for information from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requesting information regarding the management and oversight of the Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Contractor (MSPRC), Senator McCaskill wrote to CMS to request a briefing on developments on the MSPRC.
