Chairman McCaskill Requests Information about the Award of Contracts for Congressional Earmarks

Chairman McCaskill sent a letter to Defense Department Secretary Robert Gates asking for information about the number, value, recipient, and extent of competition for all grants or contracts for Congressional earmarks.
