Chairman McCaskill Requests an Investigation Into the State Department’s Award of Contracts for Guard Services at U.S. Embassies

Continuing Subcommittee oversight of contract management at the State Department and following a series of troubling allegations and evidence of contractor misconduct under guard service contracts, Chairman McCaskill wrote today to the State Inspector General requesting an investigation into State’s award of contracts for guard services at U.S. embassies, including the U.S. embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan.
