Washington, DC — Senate Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Fred Thompson (R-TN) and Ranking Member Joseph Lieberman (D-CT) announced today that the full Committee will hold a hearing on the nomination of Sally Katzen to be Deputy Director for Management, Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

Katzen served as Administrator at OMB?s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs from June 1993 through February 1998. More recently, she served as Deputy Director of the National Economic Council at the White House from February 1998 through June 1999.
