S. 372 – The Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act of 2009

The purpose of this hearing was to examine shortcomings in Federal employee whistleblower protections and the pending Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act of 2009 (S. 372). The hearing also addressed differences between S. 372 and the House companion bill H.R. 1507.
