Nominations of John Sepulveda and Joseph Swerdzewski

On Friday, October 2, 1998 at 9:00 a.m., the Committee held a hearing on the nominations of John Sepulveda to be Deputy Director of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and Joseph Swerdzewski to be General Counsel of the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA). The hearing was chaired by Senator Thad Cochran. Mr. Sepulveda was introduced by Senators Joseph Lieberman and Christopher Dodd and Representative Rosa DeLauro. Mr. Swerdzewski was introduced by Representative Michael Forbes.
