Does CMS Have the Right Prescription? Implementing the Medicare Prescription Drug Program

This hearing will examine CMS’s management plan as the agency proceeds with implementation of the prescription drug benefit. The hearing will consider administrative and operational challenges CMS must address in order to effectively implement the new benefit, including CMS’s human capital plan.
