The Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs will hold a public hearing (chaired by Senator Voinovich) to consider the nominations of:
John R. Fisher to be Associate Judge, DC Court of Appeals;
Juliet J. McKenna to be Associate Judge, DC Superior Court;
Colleen D. Kiko to be General Counsel, Federal Labor Relations Authority; and
Mary M. Rose to be Member, Merit Systems Protection Board.
